Snow clearing on municipal roads and open spaces for the period 2013-1016, Lenvik municipality

Lenvik kommune

Lenvik municipality shall enter into new contracts for snow clearing/gritting on municipal roads and open spaces and has thus announced an open tender competition.
The tenders are for:
1. Roads (consists of areas with a fixed price including pavements, foot and cycle paths, bus stops, turning places etc.).
2. Municipal open space (car parks/squares etc.). Tenderers shall know the area and other conditions that are significant for setting the price.
For example, manholes, drains, culverts, kerbstones, fences, damages to walls and outside areas and possibilities for snow landfill sites. Experience shows that street lights/sign posts are exposed to damage and extra care must be shown when clearing snow. Marking/placing snow poles is the tenderer's responsibility.

Based on the tender invitation and the chosen tender, special procurement terms will be workedout for the procurement of snow clearing in Lenvik municipality. These special procurement terms (annex 5) will together with the snow clearing instructions form the basis for the contract that will be signed.
