The Awarding Authority for this procurement is the Norwegian Tax Authority through the Tax Authorities' IT and service partner (SITS).
The Norwegian Tax Authority consists of The Directorate of Taxes and tax offices organized in five tax regions. The Directorate of Taxes is placed under the Ministry of Finance and governed by the tax director. SITS is a separate entity with responsibility for the agency's IT operations and administrative tasks. More information about the Norwegian Tax Authority can be found on www.skatteetaten.no.
1.2 Purpose
The acquisition aims to establish and deploy a complete publishing solution for skatteetaten.no, that is based on the further development of existing functionality, with the operating performance in accordance with the specification requirements that has been prepared and published.
The CMS (Content Management System) will be based on political objectives with open and standardized solutions. The Norwegian Tax Authorities' intention is to facilitate the use of the same publishing environment for the agency's internal and external websites.
The creation, mechanical processing, operation and management as well as the framework for the further development is included within this acquisition.
The supplier that will be awarded this contract will have complete responsibility for the delivery. Beyond the technical and programming expertise, the supplier shall also provide services and expertise within interaction design, design, searching and other web related activities.
