Beskrivelse av opsjoner:

Award authority has the option to extend the contract, under the same conditions, by up to 1 + 1 year so that the total possible length of the contract is 4 years. Any extension of the contract must be exercised no later than two months before its expiry.

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:

(1) Company registration certificate.

(2) Value added tax certificate (National requirement).

(3) Company tax certificate (National requirement).

(4) Self-declaration in compliance with Appendix 2 (HSE) of the Norwegian procurement regulations (National requirement).

-Declaration on wages and working conditions in public contracts for advertised service contracts and construction contracts.

-Declaration ILO Convention No. 94.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:

Award authority will obtain information presented below via RavnInfo.no credit information company. It is therefore not required to submit this information. (RavnInfo.no contains key information on all companies in Norway). Service provider is requested to investigate whether there is such information held by RavnInfo.no.

If the service provider of valid reasons can not submit the documentation requested by the award authority, he may prove his economic and financial position by submitting any other document that award authority can accept.

Minste nivå(er) av standarder:

Service provider must have good economic and financial strength in relation to their operations in general, and in relation to this procurement. A minimum overall credit rating of A (credit-worthy) or better, described in RavnInfo.no's rating.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

-Service providers are required to submit documentation from the DSB, documenting that they are approved lift installers.

-Describe service provider's workforce and the tools, machinery, materials or equipment available to service provider for the execution of the contract/assignment.

CV's for key personnel must be submitted, as well as an overview of the organisation for execution of the contract/assignment.

-Description of the service provider's three most relevant jobs during the past three years. The description must include specification of the assignment values, dates and recipients (name, telephone and e-mail.) References will be contacted by the need for clarification of the mission relevance. It is nevertheless the service provider's responsibility to document relevance through the description.

Minste nivå(er) av standarder:

-Approval for repairs of lifts and lift equipment.

-Service providers shall have sufficient capability and capacity.

Award authority requires that service providers establish an organisation with the expertise required to carry out the assignment.

-Service provider shall have experience from a minimum of three similar assignments/projects.

With similar means considerable service contracts and framework agreements.
