Service and installation services for equipment for Norsk Tipping's dealers

Norsk Tipping AS

Norsk Tipping intend to enter into a maintenance contract for service and installation services for equipment for Norsk Tipping's dealers.
Norsk Tipping currently has an equivalent contract with InfoCare.
Norsk Tipping shall procure service and installation services for approx. 5000 commissionaire terminals, 4400 lottery terminals and 4000 flat screen systems at our dealers nationwide.
The following shall be included in the new contract:
— Field service for, amongst other things:
— Fault finding, replacing modules and repairs,
— Installations,
— Terminations,
— Moving,
— Upgrades,
— Workshop,
— Rolling out new commissionaire equipment - commissionaire terminals, new disks and play units for the flat screen system.
In addition the following shall be included:
— Customer centre,
— Storage,
— Logistics and transport,
— Designing services,
— Reporting and documentation,
— Internal routines and systems for supporting the services,
— Data exchange by integration with Norsk Tipping's systems.
Options:
— Workshop services for commissionaire terminals, lottery terminals and flat screen systems.
— Various activities at NT's dealers.

Service providers shall be a total supplier for the field service and installations services that at a minimum include: — Customer centre "single point of contact", — Integration between the service provider's and NT's systems, — Telephone, — E-mail. Service providers shall refer to a process map for handling the following situations: — Dealing with orders. — Receipt of orders, — Confirmation of delivery times, — Reporting of any delivery delays, — Technical, — Registering cases, — Escalating, — Error messages, — Notification of completed service, — Information to Norsk Tipping in the event of technical problems, — Handling deviations, — Economy and dealing with invoices, — Notification of price changes, — Feedback on invoices.
