Helse Vest IKT AS

Awarding authority has responsible for the computer network in Helse Vest. This includes about 17,000 computers spread over approx 42 locations and phones, video and medical-technical equipment. This infrastructure includes operation and service of hardware and software provided by Cisco.
The client would offer service in Cisco equipment that is more than 3 years old. The client has an existing agreement on the purchase, including 3 years of service for this type of equipment (National "Hinas-Agreement"). Existing equipment has passed the 3-year limit is the basis for tender. Once purchased equipment passes three years, this equipment would be included in this agreement. Condemned equipment will go out of the deal.
