A new building at Senja sixth form college, Finnfjordbotn shall be engineered and constructed. The new building's area is estimated to 5 000m2. This will be new premises for restaurant and food, techniques and industrial production, service and communication, transport and logistics and health and development subjects, and a base for adapted teaching, which shall be housed in the building.
The project will be carried out as an interaction and is divided into 2 phases:
Phase 1 - interaction engineering design phase up to and including the priced turnkey contract.
Phase 2 - execution of the turnkey contract.

Extracts from the company's annual accounts for the last 3 years and the auditor's audit report.
Credit rating, not older than 6 months, based on the last known accounting figures.
The rating shall be carried out by a publicly certified credit rating institution.
If a turnkey contractor has valid reasons as to why the requested documentation cannot be enclosed, he can prove his economic and financial position with other documentation that the awarding authority can accept. If a turnkey contractor has such valid reasons, he shall contact the awarding authority in writing (cf. point 1.8 Enquiries) in order to clarify which other documentation can be accepted.

If a turnkey contractor does not have qualifications within the profession in his own company, he shall enclose a binding statement from the supplier for this profession.
The binding statement shall include:

An overview of work carried out in the last five years, together with certificates of satisfactory execution for the five most important contracts. The certificates shall state the work's value, time and place of execution and to what extent the work was professionally and properly carried out.

The turnkey contractor must have resources or be able to use resources that have the education and professional experience from engineering design services, execution and inspection that the project requires.

Execution construction - project manager, deputy project manager and construction site manager
Architect - project manager and executive officer
Engineering design group manager - project manager
Consultant engineer construction - project manager and executive officer
Consultant engineer HVAC and sanitaiton - project manager and executive officer
Consultant engineer electro - project manager and executive officer
Execution plumbing installations - project manager
Execution air treatment plant - project manager
Execution electro - project manager
The turnkey contractor shall have the necessary capacity and the ability to fulfil the contract.
The turnkey contractor shall, during the last five years, have carried out projects of an equivalent size, cost and complexity as this project.
