The contract will include the following services:
— Practical organizing and conducting meetings in the 3 control samples.
— Responsible for the issues to be considered in the control committees are properly assessed under the rules of administration and Freedom.
— Responsibility for the committees' decisions recorded, implemented and monitored.
— Responsible for developing, facilitating and monitoring the services committees ordering with respect to financial audits, performance audits, investigations/research and corporate control.
— Preparation of proposals for annual plans for implementation of the audit and corporate control samples.
— Preparation of annual budget proposals for each of the control samples.
— Engagements ordered separately.
