Sami language campaign 2013 shall be a nationwide awareness campaign that actively contributes to an increased awareness of the use of the Sami language in society.
The Sami language campaign seeks to contribute to:
— More people choosing to learn the Sami language.
— More people using the Sami language daily.
— The Sami language being used in several media.
— The Sami language being used officially.
— The Sami language being used in social media.
The campaign shall be presented in 4 languages; North-Sami, South-Sami, Lule-Sami and Norwegian.
An agreement shall be entered into for the production and implementation of the Sami language campaign. We require that service provider, in co-operation with the Sami Parliament, shall:
— Design the message for the campaign.
— Develop effective strategies for the implementation of the campaign.
— Develop a campaign that hits the target groups.
— Develop a campaign that takes into account the different language areas.
— Select distribution areas/channels.

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
(1) Company registration certificate.
(2) Value added tax certificate (National requirement).
(3) Company tax certificate (National requirement).
(4) Self-declaration in compliance with Appendix 2 (HSE) of the Norwegian procurement regulations (National requirement).

The certificates shall be issued using the tax directorate form RF-1244 or any other form that provides the same information. Certificates shall not be older than 6 months from the deadline for submitting tenders.

The company's annual accounts, including auditor's notes, for the last 3 years.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
(1) Manpower proposed for this contract (organisation chart) with names and CV's of the key personnel who will be responsible for its execution (for service and works contracts).
(2) A list of the principal deliveries effected, or main services provided, by the company, in the past three years, with the values, dates and recipients (for supply and service contracts).
(3) A statement of the company's health, environment and safety policy.
(4) A statement of the quality assurance/quality control system operated by the company.
(5) A certificate issued by an accredited certification authority attesting to the quality assurance, production or technical capacity of the company, or equivalent documentation (for service and works contracts).
(6) Other documentation required (please state below).
A list of the principal deliveries effected, or main services provided, by the company in the past 3 years, with the values, dates and recipients, contact persons and telephone numbers for at least 3 of these assignments.
A description of service provider's average workforce and number of employees in the administrative management over the past 3 years, as well as an organisation map.
An account of the subcontractors that will be used for the execution of this assignment, including information about any previous co-operation.
An account of service provider's quality assurance system.
