The masses of the elaboration shall be used for the filling of the pier. The construction of a access road to the quarry. The quarries for withdrawing masses for the pier construction. The transport on land and at sea and the laying of rock masses for the pier. The construction of approximately 1200m of pier consisting of the filling, core masses, filter layers and cover blocks. The total spaced masses of piers is projected to be approx. 618 000 m³. Option component consisting of the construction of an access road after the facility for the fishing harbor is finished.
