Bioforsk is a research institute with expertise at a high international level within agriculture, food production, plant health, the environment and resource management.
The farming at Bioforsk Vest Særheim consists of approx. 400 decares cultivated ground with the research and production of a diversity of cultures within earth and garden use. The shelter belts at Bioforsk Vest Særheim are important for experimental activities and new shelter belts shall now be established with completion by 2016. See the attached specifications for further details.
