With the use of this number suppliers can register as users on Byggeweb and the relevant user shall then be regarded as the tender manager. The general contractor shall have no arrears on taxes and fees for which the contractor has not entered into a repayment agreement with the tax authorities.
2.03 Debt negotiations or bankruptcy
The general contractor shall not be under debt negotiations or bankruptcy.

3.01 The general contractors professional qualifications
The general contractor must have resources within their own company or dispose of resources that cover the educational and professional experiences for the execution and control that the projects / assignments / delivery s major professional areas require.

The following major professional areas shall be documented:
— Overall responsibility for the execution of the contract
— Installations of bearing metal or concrete structures
— Installations of fire alarm, emergency lighting and guiding lights
— Sanitary , heating and extinguishing installations
— Ventilation and air-conditioning installations
— Lifting appliances
Electrical installers / electrical fitters shall be authorized in accordance with regulations of the electrical supervision act.
3.02 The general Contractors most important services rendered within the professional field
The general contractor shall within the last five years have completed at least one project of similar size with a contract value of 60 million NOK excluding VAT. and with a complexity that a upper secondary school entails.
3.03
The general contractor workforce
The general contractor must have at least 20 employees within their own workforce and at least 4 employees in the administrative management team.
