Restoring of used ICT equipment

The South-Eastern Regional Health Authority, represented by the Hospital Partner, henceforth referred to as the Awarding Authority, requests to ensure that all used ICT equipment be handled in a safe and environmentally friendly manner, as well as all of the sensitive data that the ICT equipment contains is cleared in a secure method before the equipment is restored or sold. Used ICT equipment that is not suitable for reuse, reclamation or sale shall be disposed of in accordance with regulations.

Vilkår for deltakelse

Service providers who achieve a rating of A (creditworthy without security) will meet the qualification requirement. The Award authority will obtain a credit report from AAA Soliditet AS/Dun & Bradstreet as a basis for the above evaluation.
Other credit reports will not be considered. Service providers are responsible for checking their own credit rating so that any required documentation may accompany the bid, see below..

… 'A' may submit a parent company guarantee (see Appendix 7). If a parent company guarantee is submitted, the parent company will be rated in a similar manner and the requirements for an 'A' rating will then apply for the parent company. A service provider who submits the parent company guarantee which achieves a rating of an 'A' will meet the qualification requirement.
… 'A', can instead document that the qualification requirements are met by providing financial statements including an auditor's report for the last 2 financial years available. The Awarding Authority will on the basis of evidence received conduct an assessment of the service provider's compliance with the qualification requirements.
— Newly established companies must produce financial statements including an auditor's report for the period which the company has been in operation. Service providers must at a minimum have profitable operations, positive cash flow within the last year, and have positive equity to qualify. The Awarding Authority will on the basis of the documentation received conduct an assessment of the service provider's compliance with qualification requirements.

Service provider shall have the economic and financial capacity to carry out the assignment/contract.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
(1) Other documentation required (please state below)
— A brief description of the service provider's personnel and technical devices that the service provider will use for fulfillment of the assignment.
— Documentation of information about education and professional qualifications of the person or persons responsible for carrying out the services (CV attached).
— List of the most important and relevant services rendered / deliveries within the last three years, including information about the amount and time periods, and the name of the public or private recipients.
— If the service provider will rely on subcontractors they must submit a declaration of commitment that shows that service providers will have the necessary resources available throughout the contract period.
— Brief statement of the instruments, machines, tools, materials or technical equipment that the service providers will use for execution of the contract / assignment.
— Brief statement regarding the service provider's quality assurance system/ - management system
— Certification in accordance with ISO 14001, EMAS or Eco-lighthouse. If the service provider does not have such certification, other documentation for an equivalent environmental management system will be accepted.
Minste nivå(er) av standarder:
The service provider must have sufficient qualifications and capacity in relation to the contractual obligations.
It is a requirement that competence and systems that ensure that the service can be performed with low environmental impact and high levels of security. This applies to both the transportation that will happen and the work that is to be performed.
