The contract is for a rent contract for a sports hall that shall cover the awarding authority's need for activity connected to the new "Torvastad school and arts centre".
Karmøy municipality would like private developers to construct and run the sports hall, with the school hiring time for school activities.
The sports centre shall be located in the area shown on the plan for the school and arts centre, and it is desirable that the hall's design and material use is identical to the greatest possible degree with the chosen project for the school and arts centre, for which the work will be started in autumn 2013.
The tender documents and plans, facades and outdoor plan will be sent out after the registration from actual tenderers is available.
