Removal of tank farm

The procurement covers the removal of storage facilities on the property Skarholm Route 10 (gnr. 10 bnr. 58 and others) Askøy. Award authority acquired the property from A / S Norwegian Shell in 2012. On the property there is a tank farm consisting of tanks with pipelines. In addition, there is an office on the property, a warehouse and a jetty. The business was discontinued in 2011. As a new owner, the award authority will use the property for other purposes, and in this connection, parts of the tank facility must be removed.
Work on the removal of the plant will be undertaken as a turnkey contract, and tenderers must remove all the installations described in the tender documents. Installations to be removed must be dismantled in a safe manner and removed from the site. It is up to the tenderers to determine how the removal will take place and what installations shall be used for removal. It is believed that part of the installation to be removed will be discarded, whereas other parts will have a reuse value. Supplier carrying out the removal acquires title to the equipment being removed. Complete clean-up of the site is not included in this assignment, but supplier awarded the contract must include the necessary protection and landscaping of the affected areas where installations have been removed.
Tenderer shall provide a complete price for the removal, including all work. Furthermore, tenderers must make an offer for the purchase price of the equipment to be removed. The evaluation amount in the contest will be compensation for removal minus procurement cost for the installations.
