Remote meeting systems for the legal sector

The aim of the contract is to ensure that the needs for remote meeting systems, including equipment, software, consultancy, service and operational services are covered for the entities in the legal sector that are covered by this contract in the contract period.
Remote meeting systems means transferring life pictures, sound and information between actors that are geographically separated, and it shall be of such a character that the meetings and information exchange is carried out in a good, secure and efficient way. The systems can consist of both equipment and software, as well as connection to both existing video conference systems (Tandberg/Cisco) and systems for unified communication. There is a need to cover different varieties of remote meetings, both with many participants, one to many and one to one. Systems for, amongst other things, carrying out court cases where the actors participate via various forms of remote systems are examples of what will be included in the contract.
THe entities that are included in this contract are geographically spread out over the whole of Norway, including Svalbard and there is also a need for nationwide service and maintenance of the equipment and software.
