Award authority wants to enter into a contract with a service provider for the delivery of WAN and Internet for all locations described in the Requirement specification.
Award authority's main objective of the procurement can be summarized as follows:
— ensure that award authority gets a stable and redundant infrastructure with very high uptime,
— ensure good automatic mechanisms for rerouting/failover,
— increase the current network capacity and ensure flexible solutions for further increase,
— ensure a flexible and scalable way to distribute all network services,
— ensure effective system for error message/report and follow-up,
— ensure effective solutions for monitoring and reporting.

Beskrivelse av opsjoner:
Award authority has the option to extend the contract, under the same terms, by 1 + 1 + 1 year(s) for a total possible contract length of 4 years.
An extension of the contract must be exercised no later than 3 months before contract expiry.

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
1) Company registration certificate;
2) Value added tax certificate (National requirement);
3) Company tax certificate (National requirement);
4) Self-declaration in compliance with Appendix 2 (HSE) of the Norwegian procurement regulations (National requirement);
— Service provider shall be a legally established company,
— Service provider shall have a functioning HSE system,
— Service provider shall be up-to-date with payments of taxes and VAT.
