This agreement is to replace two agreements covering equipment and service. Norges Bank will purchase equipment for various projects and service and support for this equipment is necessary. The supplier needs to have capacity to cover continuous maintenance and have an ability for rapid response if there is sudden faults in the supplied system. Rapid response is also necessary outside of normal office hours.

Description and documentation of the supplier's professional qualifications and competency within technical security systems, operations and maintenance.
The supplier needs to be a reseller of Lenel.
The supplier shall be able to deliver technical security systems approved for the Lenel platform.
The supplier must demonstrate competency and experience with delivery of technically complex systems running on the Lenel platform.
The supplier must have a 24/7/365 availability system for support and maintenance, and presence in Oslo/Akershus, Bergen, Trondheim, Stavanger and Tromsø.
Anyone providing services to Norges Bank within this area will need to undergo national security vetting at the level of HEMMELIG (Norwegian Secret) according to the Norwegian Security Act (1998).
Overview of the most important contracts with equivalent competence areas in the last three years, with the following information: Name of the customer, Date, services provided and scope of deliveries.
Description and documentation of the companys general quality assurance system in relation to implementation of the contract.
If the tenderer wishes to rely on other companies' capacity, the tenderer shall substantiate that the required resources are available for implementation of the assignment. This shall be documented by presenting a statement of liability from the companies in question.
