Purchase of passenger transport by air for the ministries' fellowship

The Government Administration Services, henceforth referred to as the Awarding Authority, wishes to enter into framework agreements (2 lots) regarding purchase of air travels. It is a condition that the tenderers are able to deliver a wide range of air travel services. This applies for destinations and frequency of departures.
Travel agencies are customary booking channels in relation to air travels for the ministries' fellowship. The service providers awarded contract must therefore, without reservation, be able to provide prices and terms in accordance with agreement to the ministries fellowship's providers of travel agency services.
The tender contest is divided in 2 lots. It is therefore up to each tenderer to submit tender for the lot(s) included in the tender contest he wishes to participate in. The lots are as follows:
Lot 1: Purchase of international passenger transport services by air.
Lot 2: Purchase of domestic passenger transport services by air, including Svalbard.
One provider will be awarded contract for each destination stated in the price matrix.

Subsequent to expiration of contract the Awarding Authority may release an option for further 1 year + 1 year prolongation. The remaining participants in the ministries fellowship and the Office of the Attorney General have option for entering into the agreement on identical conditions as the Awarding Authority and named enterprises.
