Trondheim Havn IKS

The objective of the contract is to enter into a framework agreement with one or several service providers who shall comply with the Awarding Authority's requirements for geotechnical field works, consultancy services and research work related to establishment and conclusions, expansions, maintenance and modifications included in the Awarding Authority's scope.

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:

(1) Company registration certificate.

(2) Value added tax certificate (National requirement).

(3) Company tax certificate (National requirement).

(4) Self-declaration in compliance with Appendix 2 (HSE) of the Norwegian procurement regulations (National requirement).

1) The tenderer shall have sufficient financial capacity to implement the assignment/comply with the contractual obligations.

2) The tenderer shall have professional liability insurance related to consultancy liability.

Minste nivå(er) av standarder:

1) Credit appraisal/rating not older than 1 year based on the most recent accounting figures. The rating shall be carried out by a publicly approved credit rating agency such as Dun & Badstreet, Experian or AAA Soliditet and the minimum score shall not be lower than B. Other credit appraisal is not accepted.

2) The tender shall include an insurance certificate for liability assurance related to consultancy services.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

(1) Overview of the company's total manpower.

(2) A statement of the quality assurance/quality control system operated by the company.

(3) Other documentation required (please state below).

1) The tenderer shall have sufficient implementation ability and capacity.

2) The tenderer shall have established procedures for implementing the contract in an environmentally reliable manner.

3) The tenderer shall, during the tender period, appoint a contact person who acts as a fixed contact during the entire contract period. This person shall also have decision-making authority to make necessary decisions on behalf of the supplier.

4) Right of disposal to sub-providers.

Minste nivå(er) av standarder:

1) Statement of the tenderer's average workforce during the previous 3 years and resources in connection with implementation of the contract, at the tenderer's disposal during the previous 3 years.

2) The tenderer shall be certified in accordance with the Environmental Lighthouse system, ISO 14001, EMAS or equivalent. The Awarding Authority also accepts other documentation which verifies that the tenderer is in process of achieving the relevant certification.

3) Name of contact and his position.

4) All agreements with sub-providers expected to participate in the framework agreement are to be stated. Description of parts of the services expected to be provided by sub-providers.

— If the provider is dependent on sub-providers to fulfil one or several qualification requirements, sufficient documentation shall be presented which substantiate that the sub-provider complies with these requirements.

If the provider relies on other companies' capacity, statement of obligation, joint venture agreement or equivalent formal documentation thereof, shall be stated. This shall verify that the stated resources from the given sub-providers are at the tenderer's disposal.
