Purchase of 2 immune machines with consumables

University Hospital of North Norway (UNN), Clinical Pathology Department, requests tenders for 2 fully automatic colour machines for immunohistochemical analysis and in situ hybridisation.
Expected number of analyses per year is approx. 17000 immunoassays.
1 immune machine to be delivered within 3 months after signing the contract, and 1 immune machine to be delivered in 2014, by further agreement.
The machines shall be supplied with computer, printer and other necessary IT equipment/software.
A framework agreement will be entered into for reagents/consumables for analysis No. A.1.1 - a.1.37 in the price form, Annex 2. Tenderer commits to deliver this for as long as UNN makes use of the tendered machines. Commitments will apply for up to nine years, which corresponds to the equipment's financial life cycle.
UNN does not commit to buy a certain quantity of reagents/consumables. It is UNN's needs/requirement that, at any given time, will determine the quantity of the delivery.
