Public service pensions - management and operation

Sporveien Oslo AS

The contract comprises public pensions for employees of Sporveien Oslo AS and its subsidiaries (Oslo T-banedrift AS and Oslotrikken AS).
The contract Sporveien Oslo AS currently has is considered redundant so that a new contract is planned to come into force as of 1.12.2013 or possibly 1.1.2014.
For information, there will also be an evaluation as to whether the subsidiary Unibuss AS (here a closed system at this point) shall be included in this contract. The tender documents will clarify whether an option for this will be added.
The contract will include the management of pension funds equivalent to about 3 billion NOK and operation of pension funds (ie pension payments related to vested rights and adopted at the right time.)
Contract length is estimated to be 4 years with an option for extension.

Sporveien Osle AS will point out that registration for the competition is via Sporveien's procurement website see https://anbud.ktpas.no/ktp/. Qualification documents, Self-assessment form for HSE and QA system and any other relevant documentation will be posted on Sporveien's procurement website and is available there for all stakeholders. Sporveien note that registration for the competition is done electronically by uploading all the requested documentation within the specified deadline via the procurement website. The Supplier shall fill in 1 Self-assessment form for HSE and QA system that are posted on the portal. When prequalification is completed tender documents will be sent electronically via the procurement website to the pre-qualified suppliers.See also the qualification documents which are posted on the procurement website for further information. (1) Manpower proposed for this contract (organisation chart) with names and CV's of the key personnel who will be responsible for its execution (for service and works contracts)
(2) A list of the principal deliveries effected, or main services provided, by the company, in the past 3 years, with the values, dates and recipients (for supply and service contracts)
(3) A statement of the company's health, environment and safety policy
(4) A statement of the quality assurance/quality control system operated by the company.
