Interkommunale IKT-tenester Nordhordland

The municipalities in Nordhordland: Austrheim, Fedje, Lindås, Masfjorden, Meland, Modalen, Osterøy, Radøy og Vaksdal, have established a joint ICT operational company, with Osterøy municipality as the host municipality. The legal contract will be signed with Osterøy municipality on behalf of Interkommunale IKT-tenester Nordhordland.
Interkommunale IKT-tenester Nordhordland shall hold a tender competition for:
The provision of photocopy and print out services.
This enquiry is mainly for:
1. Print outs, photocopies, facsimiles, scanning.
2. System for printer queue, print out and equipment administration.
3. User administration and authentication.
4. Document administration.
5. Reporting.
The estimated volume of the contract: 13000000 photocopies/print outs per annum.
The awarding authority would like a pure rent model, priced as "click price" per print. There shall not be other costs in addition to this (paper not included).
The estimated volume will depend on the awarding authority's budget situation, activities and other framework factors and must therefore only be seen as guiding.
The aim of the contract is mainly to replace the current compound equipment with standardised internet connected multi-functional machines and at the same time simplify follow up and the service offer for the equipment.
