New Nittedal center will now be put in place. The first phase of implementation is the construction of cultural centre and church and more, in the so-called Town Hall quarter.
On this occasion, Nittedal Municipality intends to acquire project management and associated project management services in connection with planning and implementation. The contract covers project management in all phases from construction programme to completed construction and warranty period.
The construction project includes all or parts of the following functions: Cultural Centre, library, arts/cultural school, commercial area, church, parking lots and park/square. Estimated total construction area is 6 000 m2. In addition there is up to 10 000 m2 parking area and up to 4 000 m2 other outdoor areas.
Given that partnership agreements will be entered into with private investors, it is assumed that the project may have a financial framework of up to NOK 240 million.
In terms of the timeframe the interaction model will be considered as an appropriate contract model.
