Project administrative services, inspection and support functions

Vestre Viken HF

Vestre Viken HF, c/o the Procurement Department, hereafter called the awarding authority, invites companies to an open tender competition for framework agreements within "Project administrative services, inspection and support functions", for the following two types of assignments;
1. Normal construction work (office buildings, institution buildings, service buildings etc.)
2. Hospital related technical construction work (hospital areas, clean rooms, theatres etc., i.e. main provision technical professions).
The developer is obligated to see to inspections in accordance with the Planning and Construction Act with regulations, see chapter 5 in the accompanying guidelines. The awarding authority would therefore like the chosen framework agreement service providers within each of the two above mentioned areas to carry out independent inspections towards each other (preferably the chosen service provider with the highest priority in another type of assignment). Vestre Viken HF's total buildings are approx. 300 000 m² and this procurement is meant to cover the awarding authority's need for assistance in maintenance and alteration projects, as well as minor new establishments. For major projects, or projects of special complexity, the awarding authority reserves the right to announce separate competitions. Such competitions will always be announced in Doffin.
