Project Administrator, hereinafter referred to as PA shall perform the following administration of the project from the draft project including the guarantee period. Roles and responsibilities of the PA are:
— Overall project management in all project phases including user participation.
— Builder advisor.
— Project Management / Functional analysis / programming.
— Contract administration
— Technical, multidisciplinary and economic project management.
— Contact with public authorities.
— Building and construction management.
— Project Management / progress directing on the critical line.
— Ensuring the use of ITB coordinator / Use of BIM.
— Reporting to the municipality.
The PA is the builder's representative in connection with any activity being implemented during the construction project.
