The tenderer's credit appraisal, not older than six months and that is based on the most recent known accounting figures. The appraisal shall be conducted by a publicly approved credit rating agency. Annual accounts for 2011 and 2012.

Minste nivå(er) av standarder:

The tenderer shall have general good creditworthiness. The tenderer/his service providing organisation shall have a documented turnover of minimum 10 000 000 NOK in sale of equivalent services in the accounting years 2011 or 2012

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

The tenderer's relevant deliveries the previous 3 years, including their values, dates and recipients.

If the tenderer does not have the necessary qualifications and rely on other suppliers for qualification, equivalent documentation for these suppliers shall be presented. A liability statement must also be presented.

Statement of the tenderer's quality assurance system/quality control system. The statement must as a minimum include:

— Organisation plan.

— Plan for covering absence due to sickness.

— Deviation system.

— Routines for personnel management.

— Checklists with relevance to this contract.

A description on how the system shall be implemented in order to ensure the quality of this contract.

Total qualifications and formal competence for the key personnel involved in implementation of this contract.

This shall be substantiated by presenting a current membership certificate when the contract is entered into, at the latest. As an alternative to membership already entered into, the tenderer may bind oneself to enter into such membership during the first contractual year. Documentation shall be sent to Halden municipality's procurement department.

Knowledge and experience with delivery of food as described in the requirement specification. A well functioning quality system adapted the nature of the contract. The offered organisation and personnel shall have sufficient competence and ability to implement the contract. The Awarding Authority requires membership in Green Point Norway or equivalent system
