The Procurement Cooperation in Sunnmøre invites companies to an open competition for a framework agreement for staggered deliveries of pipes, pipe parts and accompanying products. In this competition Stranda, Sykkylven, Stordal, Vestnes, Ørskog, Skodje, Giske, Sula, Sandøy, Haram and Ålesund municipalities are participating. The contract is for continuous deliveries of pipes and pipe parts in the contract period and it shall ensure the municipalities access to such products of the right quality, price and delivery time in the contract period.
The awarding authority is using Visma TendSign for this tender process. In order to register your interest in this tender and get access to documents you have to copy and paste the link into your internet browser.

Vilkår for deltakelse

(2) Value added tax certificate (National requirement).
(3) Company tax certificate (National requirement).
(4) Self-declaration in compliance with Appendix 2 (HSE) of the Norwegian procurement regulations (National requirement).
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
Credit rating:
Credit rating, not older than 6 months calculated from the deadline for receipt of tenders, based on the last known accounting figures. The rating shall be carried out by a publicly certified credit rating institution. Newy established companies that do not have a credit rating must enclose equivalent documentation, for example, an account of equity and the financial position confirmed by an auditor.

Credit rating: Suppliers shall have the financial capacity to fulfil the assignment/contract.
Minimum requirement: Credit worthy.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
Quality assurance system: An account shall be enclosed of the supplier's quality assurance system/control system or a copy of a system certificate issued by an accredited certification body or equivalent documentation.
Experience:
A reference list shall be enclosed with a minimum of one reference that shows that the qualification requirement is fulfilled. Information shall be given for each reference on the reference's content and extent, value, date, length, awarding authority, contact person at the awarding authority with an e-mail address and telephone number.

Environment:
The measures can for example be documented through the company having implemented a third party certificate system for environmental management in accordance with the criteria for Miljøfyrtårn, ISO 14001 or equivalent. In the event of certification in accordance with the mentioned standards, the certificate can be used as documentation. If another environment management system/other environment measures are used, alternative documentation can be enclosed.

Quality system:
A good and well functioning quality assurance system is required for the services that shall be provided.
Experience: The company is required to have experience from equivalent contracts. Equivalent contracts mean the delivery of pipe and pipe parts for municipal procurement cooperations of the same extent, length and value.
Environment: In order to ensure that the relevant environment requirements in the contract are complied with, suppliers are required to have sufficient relevant environment competence, control systems and routines for quality assurance for the services provided.
