Hias IKS, henceforth referred to as the Awarding Authority, requires purchase of hook lorries with trailers. The lorries shall transport the Awarding Authority's hook containers with waste from the Awarding Authority's recycling stations to Heggvin disposal site.
The Awarding Authority requests tenders for two hook lorries with trailers, as well as option for purchase of a third hook lorry. The vehicles shall be 2014 models and have euro 6 approval and standard.
It is vital that the vehicles are facilitated for easy entry and exit in such a way that the drivers' strain is as low as possible.

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
(1) Company registration certificate.
(2) Value added tax certificate (National requirement).
(3) Company tax certificate (National requirement).
(4) Self-declaration in compliance with Appendix 2 (HSE) of the Norwegian procurement regulations (National requirement).
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:

— The Awarding Authority will conduct a credit appraisal through Soliditet Decision (Bisnode Credit). This includes main information, payment remarks, accounts, key figures and Decision score.
— Foreign tenderers must submit an equivalent credit appraisal as provided by Soliditet Decision. The appraisal must not be older than 3 months.
(If the score is lower than A, the Awarding Authority may request additional documentation such as guarantee from controlling company or other relevant documentation substantiating sufficient assurance that contractual obligations are fulfilled).

The tenderer must have sufficient economic and financial capacity to implement the assignment.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
(1) Other documentation required (please state below)
— The tenderer shall provide a brief description of the organisation, including organisation plan.
— The tenderer shall state number of employees.
— Documentation verifying that the tenderer has an established quality assurance system. If the company is certified, documentation thereof shall be presented.
— The tenderer shall as a minimum present 2 certificates from equivalent deliveries during the previous 2 years. The certificates shall be signed or confirmed in writing by referenced client. The attached template shall be used. See form 4.
— The Awarding Authority shall be able to contact the stated contacts.
— Description of sub-suppliers, if any, and their competence as well as liabilities and their expected tasks in the delivery.
— Documentation substantiating membership in Green Point, or documentation showing participation in equivalent system.

— The tenderer must have an organisation with sufficient human resources to implement this assignment.
— The tenderer shall have a system for safeguarding quality assurance.
— The tenderer must previously have delivered equivalent equipment.
