The WEB section's sound and picture services shall, through www.regjeringen.no offer the government and ministries stable, predictable and flexible systems for live and on-demand internet transfer of their press conferences, seminars and other events.The Government Administration Services currently produces press conferences, video reports and informtion films in the form of its sound and picture services for the ministries and the office of the prime minister.
A contract is wanted for the provision of a new streaming system. For live sendings it is an aim that viewers on regjeringen.no shall have a complete experience of the event, on equal terms to spectators present in the hall.
