NAV aims to establish an overall, unified identity and access control system. This is done by introducing a new system to manage identities and access rights (IdM), which is fundamental to the future target image for a unified identity and access control system in NAV.
The identity and access control system shall be based on the guidelines that are outlined in award authority's policy, and operational requirements for privacy and information security, including identity and access control. This is to support NAV's current and future work processes, and to achieve secure sharing and exchange of information. The tender documents will contain detailed information about these conditions.
The procurement shall include software for identity and access control including project start-up, maintenance and support services.

Beskrivelse av opsjoner:
The agreement period shall be 4 years from signing. Award authority has an option to extend the contract a further 2 times, by up to 1 year at a time.

It is required that the tenderer is a legally established company.
Documentation requirements: Norwegian and foreign tenderers shall substantiate that the company is registered in the Register of Business Enterprises as required in the legislation in the country where the tenderer is established.

It is required that the tenderer has good financial solidity. The requirement is satisfied by presenting a credit rating of 'Good credit worthiness' or better.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

- Description of the tenderer's execution ability, including A description of tenderer's relevant units
Number of relevant resources according to the content and scope of the procurement within product development, maintenance/support and product specialists. Template in the qualification document's Annex 3 shall be used
No names or CVs shall be submitted for the people who shall execute the contractual work
- Description of tenderer's three to five main relevant deliveries in the last 3 years, with the solution/products, technology, value, role/area of responsibility, dates and recipients. If the value is not stated due to confidentiality, the Awarding Authority requests that the tenderer state number of full-time equivalent for the tenderer's contribution. Template in annex 2 in the qualification documents shall be used.
