K01 Tax certificate - requirement: Tenderers must have paid their taxes and payroll tax. Documented by: Tax certificate. The certificate shall not be older than 6 months calculated from the deadline for receipt of applications. A reason must be given for any arrears or other breaches. If a tenderer plans to use sub suppliers a tax certificate shall also be enclose for them.

K02 Vat certificate - requirement: Tenderers must have paid their VAT. Documented by: VAT certificate. If a tenderer plans to use sub suppliers a VAT certificate shall also be enclose for them.

K03 HSE self-declaration - requirement: Tenderers shall state that the company works systematically to fulfil the requirements in the health, safety and environment law and that they fulfil the internal control regulations. Tenderers shall furthemore confirm that the company is legally organised in accordance with the current tax and working environment rules as regards employees' professional and social rights and they shall accept that the awarding authority is given the right to review and verify the company's system for health, safety and the environment. Documented by: Signed HSE self-declaration.

K03 Company registration certificate - requirement: Tenderers shall be a legally established company. Documented by: Company registration certificate or equivalent from the applicant's home country.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:

K05 Credit rating - requirement: Tenderers shall have sufficient economic and financial solidity to fulfil the contract obligations. Documented by: Credit rating, not older than one year, based on the last known accounting figures. The rating shall be carried out by a publicly certified credit rating institution. The rating must be at leat A or better, measured on AAA Soliditet's scale - or equivalent score from another reputable rating company.
