From 1.4.2013 the Awarding Authority wishes to engage an external service provider in production of printed matter with accompanying graphic and journalistic services.
The assignment period is 2-4 years from date of contract signing. The contract mainly includes journalistic and graphic production, and printing of the Awarding Authority's annual report (approx 2 000 per annum), production from editorial idea process to complete product, printing and distribution of 2-3 annual editions of the Awarding Authority's resident magazine (approx. 10 000 copies), production and printing of smaller printed matter such as information brochures, posters, presentations, business cards, advertisements, etc.
The tender competition is published both in Doffin and Oslo municipality's procurement portal on the internet. The service providers must log on to the portal in order to download the tender documents. Corrections and questions/answers are published on the municipality's portal.
