Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:

(1) Company registration certificate.

(2) Value added tax certificate (National requirement)

(3) Company tax certificate (National requirement)

(4) Self-declaration in compliance with Appendix 2 (HSE) of the Norwegian procurement regulations (National requirement)

Suppliers are required to have a legally established company. Documentation: Company registration certificate or equivalent from the applicant's home country. Foreign suppliers should preferably provide equivalent certificates in Norwegian. Documentation in English, Swedish or Danish can be accepted.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:

Credit appraisal from an approved credit institution, such as Dun & Bradstreet, Experian and Lindorff. The assessment should be based on the last known figures with an indication of how the credit assessment has evolved in the past two years.

Minste nivå(er) av standarder:

Suppliers are required to have good economy which means: The Supplier shall be creditworthy, have adequate liquidity and low default risk.

If the supplier has valid reasons for not being able to submit the documentation that the Award authority requests, the supplier may prove his economic and financial standing by any other document which the Award authority can accept. The Contractor shall make written contact with the Award authority, in advance, to clarify which other documentation may be accepted.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

There shall be attached to the tender a list of references of the company's five most important deliveries in the last 3 years, with the value, relevance, date and recipient. References may be checked as required. The references must be recorded on the attached form (see tender documents Part I).

Experience is required from similar or relevant projects / deliveries of the same scope, nature and complexity.
