Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:

(1) Company registration certificate;

(2) Value added tax certificate (National requirement);

(3) Company tax certificate (National requirement);

(4) Self-declaration in compliance with Appendix 2 (HSE) of the Norwegian procurement regulations (National requirement).

Suppliers are required to have a legally established company. Documentation shall be provided with certificate of registration or equivalent from the applicant's home country.

Foreign suppliers should preferably provide equivalent certificates in Norwegian. Documentation in English, Swedish or Danish can be accepted.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:

Credit rating from an approved credit institution, such as Dun & Bradstreet, Experian and Lindorff. The assessment should be based on the last known accounts with an indication of how the credit assessment has evolved in the past 2 years.

If the supplier has valid reasons for not being able to submit the documentation the Award Authority has requested, the supplier may prove his economic and financial standing by any other document which the Award Authority can accept. The Supplier shall make written contact with the Award Authority in advance of the deadline, to clear what other documentation which can be accepted.

Minste nivå(er) av standarder:

Suppliers are required to have good economy and this means: The Supplier shall be creditworthy, have adequate liquidity and low risk of bankruptcy.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

(1) A statement of the company's health, environment and safety policy

A list of references shall be attached to the tender giving to the company's most important contracts in the past 3 years, with the values dates and recipients. References will be checked as required.

The Supplier shall have a quality assurance system which must be approved.

The Contractor shall submit an overview of company's total manpower and staffing for this contract (organization chart) with names and CV's of the key personnel who will service the Award Authority.

Supplier's production facilities will be adapted in terms of working environment. The production facility shall be adapted so that the concentrations of styrene or other solvents is <25 ppm for 8 h working hours, otherwise in accordance with applicable working environment regulations. The conditions must be documented.

Supplier must describe their health, safety and environment policy.

Minste nivå(er) av standarder:

Experience of similar or relevant projects/deliveries is required.

Good ability to perform the assignment is required, see documentation requirements.
