Procurement of inspection vessel

An inspection vessel shall be bought for NCA shipping. The vessel must be adapted to the operation pattern of NCA shipping. This means that the vessel will be used for the supervision of all types of beacons, and the ignition of extinguished installations in it's area of operations along the coast.
The vessel shall be designed for sailing in the open seas, and for easy entry of islets and reefs. The vessel shall be designed to carry smaller types of loads in the size range of euro pallets. Furthermore, the inspection vessel shall have simple cooking facilities and toilets.
The inspection vessel shall, as a minimum, be between 10 and 12 feet, and be built in accordance with Nordic boating standards.
The cost limit for the investment is 4 500 000 NOK including VAT, which is the total for the entire procurement. The procurement is subject to financing.

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
(1) Company registration certificate.
(2) Value added tax certificate (National requirement).
(3) Company tax certificate (National requirement).
(4) Self-declaration in compliance with Appendix 2 (HSE) of the Norwegian procurement regulations (National requirement).
Suppliers are required to have paid their taxes, and meet the minimum requirements for health and safety. Arrears of taxes will result in rejection.
Suppliers are required to have a legally established company.

Credit evaluation from a financial institution approved by the Data Inspectorate, such as Dun & Bradstreet, Experian or Lindorff. The assessment shall be based on the last known accounting figures with an indication of how the credit assessment has evolved in the past 2 years.

Suppliers are required to have good economy, this means that they shall be credit-worthy, have adequate liquidity and low default risk.

A list of references from suppliers' most important deliveries in last three years shall be attached to the tender, including value, relevance, date and recipient. References shall be controlled as required. The references must be recorded in the attached form.
