The drilling rig is a vital tool for the Norwegian Coastal Administration's, henceforth referred to as the Awarding Authority, tasks along the Norwegian Coast. The drilling rig shall primarily be used for the following tasks:
— Platform for drilling and locating navigation poles along the coast.
— Work platform for repairs of markers and beacon lights.

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
(1) Company registration certificate.
(2) Value added tax certificate (National requirement).
(3) Company tax certificate (National requirement).
(4) Self-declaration in compliance with Appendix 2 (HSE) of the Norwegian procurement regulations (National requirement).
It is required that the tenderer has a legally established company.
It is required that the tenderer has paid taxes and duties and comply with the minimum requirements related to health, environment and security. Arrears on taxes and duties result in rejection.

Credit appraisal from a credit rating agency approved by the Financial Supervisory Authority of Norway, e.g. Dun and Bradstreet, Lindorff or Experian. The appraisal shall be based on the most recent accounting figures with a statement on how the credit rating has developed during the previous 2 years.

It is required that the tenderer has good economy. This is defined as: The tenderer shall be worthy of credit, has sufficient liquidity and low risk of bankruptcy.

A list of reference of the company's five principal, relevant deliveries the previous three years. The list shall contain information of value, relevance and recipient. The references are controlled upon requirement. The references shall be registered in the attached form.

Experience from corresponding or relevant assignments/deliveries with equivalent extent, nature and complexity. The Awarding Authority considers the following works as essential in relation to the delivery:
— Aluminium structures,
— Hydraulics.
