Procurement of bar code readers to the assistive aids centrals

The Awarding Authority shall procure bar code readers to Norway's 18 Assistive Aids Centrals. The bar code readers shall be used in connection with handling (registration and administration) assistive aids at the assistive aids centrals. One of the main reasons for the procurement is that the existing bar code readers are outdated.
The Awarding Authority shall procure 125 chargeable hand terminals with integrated bar code readers that can read bar codes in 2D (henceforth referred to as bar code reader). Chargers shall come with each bar code reader/unit.
If the supplier delivers bar code readers not compatible with the Awarding Authority's administration system, the supplier shall deliver an administration system with the bar code readers. The supplier must offer training in connection with the relevant administration system.
The supplier shall have an established support network available in connection with support. Support shall be available by telephone assistance in relation to installations or solving errors/configuration challenges

Beskrivelse av opsjoner:
During the contract period the supplier shall offer option for purchase of up to 25 additional bar code readers and up to 10 printers for label printouts. The supplier shall be able to offer the following supplementary equipment: up to 100 belt straps, up to 100 carrier bags, up to 100 hand straps and up to 40 batteries
