Procurement of a framework agreement for office supplies and more

Statsbygg Hovedkontor

Tenders are requested for a framework agreement for office and computer supplies and more. The agreement shall cover Statsbygg's entire need for office supplies, and shall have a maximum duration of four years.
Statsbygg is organised with headquarters in Oslo, and five regional offices. The regional offices are located in Oslo, Porsgrunn, Bergen, Trondheim and Tromsø. In addition, Statsbygg is responsible for the operation of many properties throughout the country, including Svalbard, as well as project offices at construction sites.
Statsbygg has its own in-house print shop located in the main office in Oslo. The print shop produces promotional material, documentation, reports, business cards etc. for our Communications Department, the Statsbygg School and Statsbygg staff who are in need of printing services.
There will be a need for office supplies that are listed in the Requirements Specification (Annex 2b), the main assortment, and the possibility of additional assortment, like special request items, of the same nature as the ones that naturally fall under the agreement, but that are not specifically defined.

(1) Overview of the company's total manpower

(2) A list of the principal deliveries effected, or main services provided, by the company, in the past five years, with the values, dates and recipients (for works contracts)

(3) Samples, descriptions and/or brochures of the products to be delivered (for supply contracts)

(4) A statement of the company's health, environment and safety policy

- Service provider shall have sufficient capacity and capability

- Service provider shall have experience from comparable deliveries

- Service provider shall have an organisation that can provide contractual deliveries and services nationwide

a) Organigram for service provider's business;

b) A statement of service provider's organisation and personnel available to them for follow-up of orders and logistics;

c) A statement of up to three comparable deliveries service provider has executed in the last five years, with the following information:

I. Award authority's name;

II. Contract content and scope;

III. Time or time period for delivery;

IV. Contact information for the reference person of the relevant award authority.
