The following municipalities/intermunicipal companies are participating in this competition, in which Ålesund municipality is the awarding authority: Stordal municipality, Norddal municipality, Sandøy municipality, Stranda municipality, Ålesund municipality, Skodje municipality and Ålesundregionen Interkommunale Miljøselskap IKS (ÅRIM).
Ålesund municipality invites companies to a competition for the procurement of containers and waste compressors for the participants in this competition.
The contract is divided up into several aprts and tenders can be submitted for one or several parts:
— hook containers (part A)
— lift containers (part B)
— storage and environment containeers (part c)
— waste compressors (part D)
— waste wells (part E)
— glass and metal containers (part F).
The aim is to enter into a framework agreement with supplier(s) who can cover the participants in the contract's ongoing needs for such products in accordance with the specifications.
The awarding authority is using Visma TendSign for this tender process. The awarding authority has the right to extend the contract for 1 + 1 year.

There is an option for extra equipmnet for some of the parts, this is described in the tender documents/price form.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:

Credit rating: Credit rating, not older than six months calculated from the deadline for receipt of tenders, absed on the last known accounting figures. The rating shall be carried out by a publicly certified credit rating institution. Newly established companies that do not have a credit rating must have equivalent documentation, for example, an account of equity and the financial position confirmed by an auditor.

Environment:

The measures can, for example, be documented by the company having implemented a third party certificate system for environmental management in accordance with the criteria for Miljøfyrtårn, ISO 14001 or equivalent. If the company has such certification, the certificate applies as documentation. If another environmental management system/other environmental measures are used, alternative documentation is to be enclosed.

The awarding authority would preferably like to receive the documentation in the form of Annex 5 – Self declaration on environment management and the enclosures requested in this.

In order to ensure that the relevant environmental requirements in the contract are complied with, suppliers are required to have sufficient relevant environmental competence, control systems and routines for quality assurance for the services that will be provided.

Ethical and social requirements - self-declaration:

Suppliers are obligated to comply with the awarding authority's ethical and social requirements in their own company, as well as contribute to compliance in sub supplier(s) who contribute to fulfilment of this contract.
