The University of Nordland, fao. the Printing Office, henceforth referred to as the Awarding Authority shall procure a new printing machine for colour print, and accompanying equipment (installation included), software and maintenance. The agreement shall be carried out as purchase. Consequently lease is not relevant

Solidity appraisal from an agency with concession to conduct credit information work.

The appraisal shall not be older than 3 months from deadline for receipt of tenders, be based on the most recent approved accounting figures, and contain information of creditworthiness and risk of being declared bankruptcy (bankruptcy prediction).

Tenderers with lower score than A are not qualified. (Tenderers unable to achieve credit rating due to being newly established are assessed by the Awarding Authority in accordance with standards based on preliminary accounting figures).

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

(1) A list of the principal deliveries effected, or main services provided, by the company, in the past 3 years, with the values, dates and recipients (for supply and service contracts)

(2) Other documentation required (please state below)

The tenderer's organisational and technical capacity shall be substantiated by presenting the following information:

a. Description of competence and capacity at the tenderer's disposal in relation to 1) installation/integration and 2) support/maintenance, respectively.

b. The tender shall contain specification of number of people employed by the tenderer and who belongs to other companies, if any.

c. If the tenderer relies on other companies' capacity in relation to compliance with contractual obligations, the tender shall state the parts of the contract that are expected to involve sub-providers. Signed liability statement from the relevant sub-provider shall be attached the tender. C.f. Annex 1.

If the tenderer relies on sub-providers in relation to compliance with the qualification requirement, it is required that equivalent documentation as the above listed is submitted from the relevant sub-provider as well as signed liability statement.
