Tromsø municipality has established a presence project for our employees.
A company is wanted who can provide services within work health, training, and life style measures. The work shall be carried out in the period January 2013 - December 2015 and shall comprise up to 1 250 employees divided between the different measures.

Information on tenderers: Our annex 1 shall be filled in and enclosed with the tender. Tenderers are asked to give an orientation of their organisation and the turnover to an extent that makes Tromsø municipality able to form a correct picture of the company.

Certificate issued by the competent authority in the member country where the service provider is…

… established, e.g. the Register of Business Enterprises in Brønnøysund (company registration certificate), as well as any set classification for the register if it exists.

HSE self-declaration: Documentation shall be enclosed of the systematic HSE work in the company and this shall be in accordance with the Norwegian working environment law and the accompanying regulations. In addition a HSE self-declaration (annex 5) shall be enclosed. The declaration must not be older than six months.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:

Finances: The company's (not the group's) last two annual accounts, as well as the turnover for the services included in the contract. This shall, at a minimum, include the board's report, the profit and loss accounts, balance and notes. In addition we would like the auditor's report for the last two years to be enclosed.

Any sub suppliers: Service providers must have the same minimum requirements for any sub suppliers that Tromsø municipality will use. Estimate of how much of the contract can be carried out by sub supplier(s), as well as the name and organisation number of them. Tenderers shall enclose documentation that sub suppliers fulfil the qualification criteria.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

References: Overview of a minimum of 3 references (with value, date, customer name and contact person) from equivalent contracts carried out in the last 3 years, preferably from public entities.

Language: Communication in the provision of the services. Key persons in the provision of the services shall speak Norwegian fluently, and understand English as a supporting languae.

Technical and professional qualifications: It is a prerequisite that the requested electronic mapping tool will take care of data security, personal protection considerations etc.

Professional qualifications: Tenderers shall have employees with competence within work health and training.

Tenderers shall organise their services in accordance with the current law, e.g. through relevant formal certification schemes.
