Prequalification of suppliers for meter and collection system for AMS

Hafslund Nett AS

This contract is for a complete collection system including meters and communication systems with accompanying software for a total of 500 000 to 600 000 meters for Hafslund Nett's AMS project.
The delivery shall be an end-to-end solution where the supplier takes on responsibility for the entire delivery.
The enquiry is technology neutral and the awarding authority does not have a preferred communication technology.
A contract will be signed with one supplier, who will have an option to use sub-suppliers for parts of the contract.
The awarding authority's ambition is to let network station monitoring be included in the AMS project. Inclusion of hardware enabling network station monitoring for 1000 - 2000 network stations in the contract may therefore be considered.

Hafslund Nett has previously announced that the prequalification of suppliers of meters and a collection system would be carried out by Sellihca, notice ID = 300053; Notification of a coming prequalification of suppliers of meters for the AMS project through Sellihca. This notice has been cancelled due to a decision to change the following in the contract: 1. The delivery shall be an end-to-end system where the supplier is responsible for the entire delivery. The contract is therefore for a complete collection system including meters and communication solution with accompanying software. 2. Other suppliers than manufacturers of meters will have the possibility to submit a tender. 3. The prequalification is announced through TED/Doffin and not through Sellihca. Otherwise the following is announced: Hafslund Nett will carry out the prequalification through Contiki's Innkjøpsportal. Suppliers that register their interest in the prequalification will get access to this portal. The installation of meters and communication components in the field is not included in this contract.
