Portable charging cabinets for laptops and other tablets to Tromsø municipality

Tromsø kommune

Based on the political approved ICT strategy for the schools in Tromsø, Tromsø municipality, henceforth referred to as the Awarding Authority wishes to update the schools' installed base each year. In practice, number of laptops and tablets will increase during the next few years. In connection with this, the Awarding Authority requests functional storage systems for this equipment. The storage system shall safeguard security, transport, charging and distribution of software.
The Awarding Authority requests portable charging cabinets or “PC trolleys” to the schools in Tromsø. Cabinets for laptops, iPads and other tablets. Ergo, the Awarding Authority requests various types of cabinets which shall cover the requirements from both small, medium sized and large schools:
Cabinets with room for laptops.
Cabinets with room for iPad/tablets.
The agreement period is 2 years with option for 1 year + 1 year prolongation.
The Awarding Authority uses Mercell Sourcing Service in this tender procedure.
