Partner Assessment of the The African Center for Global Health and Social Transformation (ACHEST)

Norad will contract a consultancy firm/ consultant to carry out a Partner Assessment of “The African Centre for Global Health and Social transformation” (ACHEST) to assess possible future collaboration and support from Norad. ACHEST is a non-governmental organization based in Kampala, Uganda.ACHEST has received funding for program and core support from Norad during the periods of 2009-2010 and 2011-2013.
The procurement will be carried out as an open competitive tender in accordance with Part I of the regulations of 7 April 2006 No 402 relating to public procurements. The estimated value of the assignment is less than NOK 500 000, and Norad is therefore not obliged to publish the competition in Doffin and/or TED. We have nevertheless chosen to publish the competition in Doffin and TED, to reach as many candidates as possible.
