Parking facility-agreement regarding service and maintenance as well as supplementary purchase

Avinor, henceforth referred to as the Awarding Authority, wishes to enter into a framework agreement regarding service and maintenance as well as supplementary purchase for parking facilities operated by the Awarding Authority. All of the Awarding Authority's parking facilities are the brand Skidata and the service provider must be familiar with and have access to spare parts from Skidata. The service provider's service personnel must be in command of Norwegian.

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
(1) Company registration certificate.
(2) Value added tax certificate (National requirement).
(3) Company tax certificate (National requirement).
(4) Self-declaration in compliance with Appendix 2 (HSE) of the Norwegian procurement regulations (National requirement).
1) Legally established company.
2+3) No unpaid, overdue taxes and VAT to pay - certificate not older than 3 months.
4) HSE self declaration. Compare the Public Procurement Law.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
(1) The company's most recent annual report including new information of relevance to the company's accounting figures.
(2) Presentation of the company's annual accounts, or extracts thereof.
(3) Statement of the company's turnover, of relevance to this contract, for previous years.
Healthy economy is required.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
(1) A list of the principal deliveries effected, or main services provided, by the company, in the past three years, with the values, dates and recipients (for supply and service contracts).
(2) A statement of the company's health, environment and safety policy.
(3) A statement of the quality assurance/quality control system operated by the company.
Experience as provider of the requested services is required.
It is required that the service provider has an established quality assurance system based on regulations given in NS-EN ISO 9000 or equivalent. The quality assurances system shall be substantiated by presenting table of contents in the company's quality manual.
