Parallel framework agreements, securing ministry building K201 Contractor services

Statsbygg would like tenders for a framework agreement for K201 Contractor Services, securing the ministry building. At least three parallel framework agreements will be signed based on this competition, if the competition allows this.
Several of the ministries have moved into new premises at several different addresses in Oslo. There is now a need to carry out further securing work in these premises. This contract is mainly for construction management services for the ministries' premises, but there can also be some construction management for similar measures in other equivalent buildings.
The work assignments will primarily be facade securing measures, but can also be some other securing measures, as well as constructional measures that are not carried out by the landowner. The works cover several professions, see the attached tender form.

The provisinal estimated total value of all the call-offs is approx. 250 to 400 million NOK over a two year period. Contractors must, however, reckon the extent deviating from the estimate. There can be unforeseen assignments at short notice. Contractors must have the necessary security clearance in accordance with the Security Act (see chapter 2.6 below).The framework agreements will be for a two year period with Statsbygg having the right to extend the contracts for a further two years, one year at a time.See the division of assignmenst in the tender invitation chapter 2 "Orientation on the assignment".
