Statsbygg, c/o the Department Professional Resource Centre, henceforth referred to as the Awarding Authority, invites to an open tender contest regarding framework agreement for consultancy services for the discipline interior design.
The Department Professional Resource Centre is a division in Statsbygg and includes several different professional entities that provide professional consultancy services in relation to Statsbygg's construction and administration projects. In periods, the Section Architecture (abbreviated FA) has a considerable work load and therefore requires external capacity. In order to increase the capacity and obtain special expertise, framework agreement shall be entered into for the discipline interior design.
The Awarding Authority shall enter into minimum 3 parallel framework agreements for each of the following areas:
- Area A - Programming works.
- Area B - Following up the various stages of the projects.

It is complicated to estimate the extent of the assignments included in the framework agreement as this is i.a. dependent of number of projects, future allocations and future manning.The objective of the framework agreement is to carry out the projects when the Awarding Authority is short of human resources. The requirement is in the range of 0, 5 - 2, 0 full-time equivalent for each of the two areas.The framework agreement period is one (1) year, with option for the Awarding Authority to prolong the agreement with up to 1 year + 1 year + 1 year.
