Framework agreement for environment consultants. The environment consultants will get assignments that are usually carried out by employees in the section. The assignments shall be carried out with the help of the tools and procedures used by Statsbygg. The consultants shall have competence at senior level. Examples of actual work assignments are;
1. Assistance with project management for the design and follow up of environmental targets through the project's phases: for the design of environmental targets, preparing the construction programme, designing the tender documents for the procurement of suppliers, follow up of suppliers, hand over of the building, with a view to correct environmental use and operation.
2. Environmental assistance within relevant themes such as energy, use of materials and localisation.
3. General consultancy for Statsbygg's environment management system for construction projects.

The framework agreement is for a period of one year, with the right for Statsbygg to extend the contract for up to three years (1+1+1 year).
