Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
(1) Company registration certificate.
(2) Evidence of enrolment on the professional or trade register, as required by national law, in the country where the company is established.
(3) Value added tax certificate (National requirement).
(4) Company tax certificate (National requirement).
(5) Self-declaration in compliance with Appendix 2 (HSE) of the Norwegian procurement regulations (National requirement).
(6) Other documentation required (please state below).
In isolated cases where it is, due to national conditions, no authorities who issue such documentation in the relevant country, self-declaration verifying payment of taxes and duties, may be accepted.
The self-declaration must be signed by an authorised representative from the tenderer.

(1) The company's most recent annual report including new information of relevance to the company's accounting figures.

If the tenderer has valid reason for not substantiate the financial position in accordance with the above listed documentation requirement, the Awarding Authority will consider other suitable documentation, e.g. statement from financial institution regarding surety

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

Description of the tenderer's business, ownership, history (2-5 pages).
Description and documentation of the company's professional qualifications in relation to implementation of the assignments for the relevant field/s for comparable businesses in accordance with description given in point 1.5 of the tender documents. The Awarding Authority is subject to the Norwegian Security Act and the assignments will also include risk evaluation, safety audit and security of protectable systems and objects. It is therefore a condition that the service provider is familiar with the Norwegian Security Act and related regulations.

Overview of the principal assignments with equivalent competence areas for the previous 3 years. The overview shall contain the following information:
— Name of customer.
— Date.
— Provided services.
— Scope of deliveries.
Description and documentation of the company's general quality assurance system in relation to implementation of the contract.
If the tenderer wishes to rely on other companies' capacity, the tenderer shall substantiate that the required resources are available for implementation of the assignment. This shall be documented by presenting a statement of liability from the companies in question.
