Romerike Avfallsforedling IKS (ROAF)

ROAF requests bids for:
1) plastic packaging of food waste bags (2 x rolls of 45 bags) and information folders (one-time delivery/start-up pack);
2) storage for packaged food waste bags (start-up packs) and plastic baskets;
3) deliveries of start-up packs (food waste baskets, bags and information leaflets) as a one-time delivery (full distribution);
4) full distribution of rolls of bags (supplementary bags).
Packaging and storage of products for the one-time delivery shall be made during the period of mid-November 2013 - mid February 2014.
The estimated start-up for the first distribution for households is at the beginning of January 2014 and that all households shall have received the one-time delivery (start-up packs) during the month of January.
The supplementing delivery (full distribution) of rolls of bags for households in the municipalities shall be in May of 2014.
ROAF is the Awarding Authority and will be the contacting party for the assignment. Coordination must be expected between the supplier / manufacturer of the food waste bags and supplier of the baskets.

(2) A list of the principal deliveries effected, or main services provided, by the company, in the past 3 years, with the values, dates and recipients (for supply and service contracts).
(3) A statement of the company's health, environment and safety policy.
(4) A statement of the quality assurance/quality control system operated by the company.
(5) A certificate issued by an accredited certification authority attesting to the quality assurance, production or technical capacity of the company, or equivalent documentation (for service and works contracts).
(6) A description of the tools, plant or technical equipment available to the company for carrying out the contract (for works contracts).
